The contract between you and Airbrix Bespoke Sdn Bhd when you commission, buy or take delivery of furniture from us. Written to be read in one sitting.

These terms apply when you commission a custom piece, purchase a floor-stock or clearance piece, or place an order for a commercial fit-out from us. A signed quote countersigned by both parties replaces any conflicting paragraphs below for that specific order.
Written quotes are valid for 30 days from issue. Quoted prices include workshop labour, all materials, finishing, packaging, delivery within Klang Valley and installation. Prices exclude SST where applicable; SST is shown as a separate line on the invoice.
For custom commissions: 30% on order confirmation, 50% on prototype sign-off, 20% on delivery. For floor-stock or clearance pieces: 100% at point of reservation. Commercial fit-outs: by negotiation, typically against a milestone schedule. We accept FPX, online transfer and credit card. No cheques.
Lead times in the quote are calendar weeks from the date of cleared deposit. We commit to the calendar week, not a vague month. If we are going to miss a date by more than five working days, we will tell you the moment we know. In our last 40 months of trading we have missed three dates; in all three cases we credited 5% of the order value back to the client.
Changes requested after prototype sign-off may be accommodated, but will be re-quoted before work resumes. Changes that require us to scrap and rebuild a frame will be charged at material cost plus reasonable labour. We always tell you the additional cost in writing before doing the work.
Delivery is included for addresses within Klang Valley. Outside Klang Valley, delivery is quoted at cost; consolidated runs to Penang, Ipoh, Johor Bahru and Melaka run monthly. We unwrap, position to your direction, and remove all packaging in one visit. We do not assemble flat-packs — our furniture arrives built.
If, on arrival, the piece does not match the signed-off prototype in any material respect, you may refuse delivery and we will return the piece to the workshop for correction at our cost. "Material respect" means dimension, timber species, finish tone or upholstery fabric — not minor variations in natural timber grain.
We provide a 7-year warranty on joinery and structural failure of any custom-built piece, dating from the day of delivery. We provide a 3-year warranty on upholstery construction (frame, springs, webbing) and a 2-year warranty on fabric. The warranty covers free repair or replacement, at our option, at our workshop. The warranty does not cover misuse, water damage, pet damage, or natural variation in wood and leather over time.
Custom-built pieces are not returnable. Floor-stock and clearance pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original protective wrap. See our Return & Refund Policy for the full procedure.
Neither party is liable for delay or non-performance arising from events outside reasonable control: natural disasters, extended power outages, government action, or significant supply-chain disruption. We will tell you within five days of the event being identified and propose a revised timeline.
Workshop drawings, prototypes and design sketches we produce remain our property unless explicitly assigned in writing. You receive the physical piece of furniture; we keep the IP behind it. We will not reproduce a fully bespoke design we built for you and sell it as a catalogue item without your written consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will first be addressed via good-faith negotiation; failing that, by mediation through the Asian International Arbitration Centre in Kuala Lumpur; failing that, by the courts of Selangor.
