Floor & stock clearance.

Pieces from the studio floor, prototypes that have done their job, and end-of-batch upholstery in fabrics we are retiring. All offered at honest prices — first come, first served, one of each only.

Why these are on sale.

Floor stock pieces have been sat in, leant on, and admired by visitors for between two and eighteen months. Prototypes are full-spec builds we used to sign off a client commission and then bought back into the studio inventory. End-of-batch pieces come from upholstery fabrics we will not be re-ordering. All are covered by the same 7-year joinery warranty.

These are not stock items — once gone, they're gone. We can build a new one to order, but at the regular catalogue price.

Full warranty

7-year joinery warranty applies. Upholstery warranty is reduced to 2 years for prototype buy-backs.
